The geoFramework® provides the platform for the flexible integration of geo information services (GIS) into SAP™ without restrictions. This offers decisive advantages to SAP applications – in Logistics, Sales or Service geography has become more and more crucial for optimization of SAP processes.
Map display or geo codation of adress data directly offer new potential to SAP. The Developer’s Edition of ParCon geoFramework® offers the possibility to easily and quickly implement geographic data in SAP application. The framework will also be the basis for integration of other ParCon Add-On solutions such as ParCon easyTrack®, ParCon easyVisit®, ParCon geoMRS® and ParCon geoLocate®.
anchored in SAP Netweaver®
The framework is deeply anchored in SAP Netweaver® and communicates via SOAP inverface. The framework is transparent for all applications. The required geo servers (basic data such as maps and calculation logic) are delivered by approved data providers such as PTV AG (map&guide). The development components PTV xServer are fully supported by ParCon geoFramework®.
